ITOS Oncology is a molecular diagnostic startup company specialized in advancing personalized cancer treatment cancer.  ITOS Oncology use cutting edge sequencing technology to develop customized oncogene panels to include all known oncogenes that can be targeted by drugs that are currently available or are in development.  This technology is also recently approved by FDA for molecular diagnosis.  This can significantly reduce unnecessary side effects and may reduce the cost of cancer treatment.

For the past year and a half, WEtech’s Entrepreneur in Residence, Deborah Livneh, has worked with ITOS from its inception and advised Raj on how to accelerate his product to market.

Now, ITOS is setting up a lab to commence its operation.   ITOS must be GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) certified facility and compliant with all regulatory and quality requirements before business can service its customers.

WEtech has provided RASF (Regional Advisory Service Fund) funding of $4,600 to help ITOS achieve certification and open its doors. RASP is supported by the Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs (ONE).
