Connecting the Dots: Local Labour Market Plan Report 2014-2015 provides an update to residents in the Windsor-Essex region on current labour market conditions.  Qualitative and quantitative data was gathered and analyzed from various sources to compile the final report. Workforce WindsorEssex received aggregated information from Employment Ontario Employment Services Service Providers and this report includes an update on Employment Services, Literacy and Basic Skills, Second Career and Apprenticeships.

Connecting the Dots also includes an update on past actions, a directory of current activities being carried out by Workforce WindsorEssex and a future plan focusing on ideas, initiatives and research topics that will serve as a framework for activities over the next three to five years.
