Project Requirements and Deliverables: A vendor is needed to create a new online, interactive decision tree tool for navigating employer and job-seeker supports available in Windsor-Essex. The successful vendor will identify, acquire, install-on-site and test the hardware and software as well as complete all necessary programming to support the proper functioning of the decision tree tool. The tool must: Use an embeddable decision tree app that can be used in both desktop and mobile browsers, backed by a web-based API that can be extended in the future to provide the same functionality on different platforms (ie. an interactive telephone script or chat “bot”). Feature a user-friendly back end interface, enabling non-technical users to modify, update or extend the content of the decision tree. Utilize a data store and API that is capable of hosting multiple decision trees at once (an English, French, Arabic or other tree type for example). Each instance of an interactive application will provide a single decision tree to users. Workforce WindsorEssex agrees to provide the decision tree content to the vendor in an agreed upon format. As required, tasks may be carried out at the Workforce WindsorEssex office, or remotely, using electronic communication tools.
