ScaleUP, a technology and growth accelerator program, powered by Libro Credit Union, has selected it’s third Cohort of five ventures to participate in a 4 month growth sprint this fall. This scaleup Cohort has a focus on AgriTech and Advanced Manufacturing, with an exciting line-up of companies working on the future of these deep-rooted local industries.
ScaleUP has supported nine companies to date with impressive results.
“When we took a look at the economic impact numbers, and what this program has done for the first two corhorts, it was hard not to get incredibly excited about the next four months.” Said Adam Castle, Director of Venture Services for WEtech Alliance. ScaleUP has already assisted nine ventures in reaching twenty-three countries, on six continents, that have launched over sixty products to market. Since graduation, those companies had a net new job growth of fifty-seven employees and over four million in revenue. “Our four month program may be small on time, but it’s huge on impact!” Said Castle. “This is the first time we’ve had a targeted tech sector. All members of the cohort are building products and services for Agribusiness or Advanced Manufacturing, which means the resources we will be providing will be that much more laser focused and tangible. The new ScaleUP five are about to launch on an amazing journey!”
The 2019 cohort will graduate and pitch for $10,000 in November during Global Entrepreneurship Week.
Without further adieu, meet the 2019 ScaleUP Cohort:
