This is a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals who are interested in Cybersecurity. And enjoy your time with our planned activities (Cyber Bingo, Ice Breakers, and Pictionary). Again, it is an amazing occasion to mingle and make friends with other Cyber Lancers.

Code Ninjas Windsor Grand Opening

Code Ninjas teaches children ages 7-14 to code by building their own video games. While kids have a blast, parents see their kids gain confidence and problem-solving skills that will serve them well in life. Our promise to you is: Kids Have Fun, Parent See Results.
Code Ninjas learning centers provide a fun and non-intimidating environment where kids at all levels can learn at their own pace, with help from knowledgeable instructors and their fellow students. Elaheh Samani is a security researcher specializing in malware and software reverse engineering. She’s been part of Symantec’s Modern OS Security (MOS) team researching threats targeting mobile users. Prior to that, she was a member of Tailored Reverse Engineer Expertise team of Google Chrome in Montreal. She has been involved in the development of various network security projects for more than 8 years.

University of Windsor: Code Design to Win

Code to Win is a competition for students to showcase their coding skills. The top students will be accepted to the finals where they will have a chance to win $5k, network with sponsor companies, and explore the Waterloo Region tech community. If you’re a student who loves computer science, programming or engineering this is a challenge for you. The virtual challenge runs from September 9th – October 31st, 2019 and the University of Windsor will be hosting a LIVE challenge on Friday September 27th, 2019 at 11:30am.
Students from St. Clair College and the University of Windsor are welcome to participate regardless of program or skill level. Time & Location: University of Windsor, Alumni Auditorium 401 Sunset Ave, Windsor, ON N9B 3P4 11:30am – 3:00pm Registration link HERE.
