WINDSOR, ON (October 23, 2023) – WEtech Alliance, in collaboration with its partners, is excited to announce the highly anticipated second annual Women Driven Mobility YQG Breakfast. This dynamic event will take place on November 1 at Caesars Windsor and promises to be an inspiring and educational experience for all attendees.
Under the theme “Driving Innovation: Ontario and Michigan Paving the Future of Mobility”, this breakfast event will bring together thought leaders, professionals, and students from both sides of the border to delve into the exciting world of mobility and innovation.

- Mona Eghanian, Assistant Vice-President, Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network Mona Eghanian brings her wealth of experience and expertise as the Assistant Vice-President for the Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network (OVIN). With a background in engineering and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Mona is poised to deliver invaluable insights into the future of automotive and mobility in Ontario as well as bi-national partnerships.
- Alisyn Malek, Founder and CEO of Middle Third: Alisyn Malek is a change maker with a deep understanding of the automotive and emerging transportation industries. Her career spans leadership roles at General Motors, pioneering work in electric vehicle development, and co-founding May Mobility, where she developed the first-of-its-kind autonomous vehicle transportation solution. Alisyn empowers others to tackle complex challenges and inspires them to create a better future. She is also the author of “Intersection: Reimagining Mobility Across Traditional Boundaries.”
This year’s event builds upon the success of the inaugural Women Driven Mobility event in 2022, sparked from a partnership with Women in Mobility Detroit, now known as Women Driven Mobility, and is proudly supported by event partners including Invest WindsorEssex, the Government of Canada, Ontario Centre of Innovation, Ontario Vehicle Innovation Network, and the Province of Ontario.
