Supporting entrepreneurs as they build and grow tech and tech-enabled products & companies is at the heart of WEtech Alliance. We know that technology touches every aspect of our lives; and Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent is packed with bright, ambitious, and hard-working entrepreneurs and tech talent, just like you, that are tackling challenges every day with the incredible opportunities that technology brings.

As you embark of this 3-day hackathon, sometimes, just sometimes, these labor-intensive weekends produce something wonderful and entrepreneurial. And a new startup is born!

In fact, apps such as Carousell, GroupME, Docracy, Zaarly, EasyTaxi, Appetas are all hackathon ideas that turned into million-dollar startups.
