Some exciting things have been happening since Windsor-Essex received the award of Top 7 Intelligent Community in 2011.  As the honour of this recognition never expires, we have been actively observing the long-term collaborations of other recognized communities.These collaborations resulted in a fundamental shift in the quality of life for their citizens.  We are excited to reconnect with you and other members of the community on  Friday June 28, 2013 to Awaken the Quiet Giant. This success, and recognition of our community by the Intelligent Community Forum, demonstrates what can be accomplished through our strengths and willingness to creatively embrace change.  Windsor-Essex continues to celebrate being in the Top 7 and looks forward to leveraging this success moving forward!  They are excited to have the TELUS Mobile Office visit this region all the way from Montreal!  It arrives at 11 am on Friday and will be available for viewing all day.  Their focus going forward is collaborating in ways that reduce the economic burden of an unhealthy community.
