The third workshop will have participants developing, amplifying and learning about social media content. This workshop will help participants understand the importance of unique content, outline how to choose a voice and a position online, how to amplify content across multiple channels and illustrate how local businesses create content in the real world.
The fourth workshop will have participants measuring, calculating and listening online. This workshop will define brand reputation, educate on how to deal with negative feedback, and explain why calculating the ROI of social media and measuring success beyond analytics is important.
